Your Yoga & Wellness Day
A day designed as a true mini-retreat, combining movement, breathwork, cold and heat exposure, relaxation, vegetarian cuisine, and meditation.
Each experience gently guides you towards greater presence, calm, and vitality.
9:30 – 11:00 AM — Fascia, Mobility & Conscious Breathwork
Begin the day with a gentle yet deep practice designed to release tension, improve mobility, and awaken the body.
We will then explore different conscious breathing techniques, including practices inspired by the Wim Hof Method, preparing the body and mind for the cold-water experience.
11:00 – 11:30 AM — Guided Cold-Water Immersion
For those who wish to participate, experience a guided cold-water immersion in an exceptional natural setting.
A powerful opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, cultivate presence, and discover the unique sensations of intentional cold exposure.
Cold-water immersion is entirely optional, and everyone is encouraged to respect their own limits.
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM — Delicious Vegetarian Brunch
After the morning practices, gather around a generous homemade vegetarian brunch, lovingly prepared in our kitchen.
A time to nourish yourself, connect with others, and enjoy the surroundings before the afternoon practice.
2:00 – 3:30 PM — Hatha Yoga
A complete traditional Hatha Yoga practice, accessible to all levels.
Through postures, breath, and body awareness, the practice helps you build strength, increase flexibility, and find a deeper sense of calm and inner balance.
3:30 – 6:00 PM — Afternoon Tea, Treats & Wood-Fired Sauna
After yoga, enjoy a long moment of relaxation and connection over tea and homemade treats.
During the afternoon, experience our Finnish wood-fired sauna, nestled in the forest beside the river.
Depending on the number of participants, we may divide into smaller groups so everyone can fully enjoy the sauna while taking time to relax, connect, or simply appreciate the peaceful surroundings.
Those who wish can alternate the warmth of the sauna with a refreshing cold-water immersion, surrounded by nature.
6:00 – 7:30 PM — Kirtan & Meditation
Complete the day’s practices in a warm and peaceful atmosphere with Kirtan, mantra chanting, and meditation.
A special moment to slow down, integrate the experiences of the day, and return to inner stillness, supported by the energy of the group.
7:30 PM — Vegetarian Dinner
Complete your retreat day around a delicious homemade vegetarian dinner, lovingly prepared in our kitchen.
A final moment of connection and conviviality to bring the day to a gentle close around the table.
