The food served is “sattvic”, that is, pure, to nourish the body and the conscience.
Coffee and black tea are not offered, so as not to consume artificial stimulants that may affect the practice of yoga.

Your hosts and teachers
Prachi and Benoit
They have practiced yoga for many years and have been teaching it since 2015. They have completed over 1000 hours of training, including 500 hours dedicated exclusively to teaching, in renowned ashrams in India.
Prachi has also completed specific training in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
Thanks to their partly Indian roots and their training in India, they teach authentic yoga, faithful to its traditional values.
Their diplomas are certified by Yoga Alliance.
