A Sacred Journey Through the Heart of the Himalayas
✨ Daily Yoga, Meditation & Spiritual Practice
Deepen your sadhana through guided sessions of traditional yoga, meditation, pranayama, and mantra chanting. Each practice is woven into the sacred energy of the Himalayas and supports a profound inner journey.
✨ Guided Pilgrimage to Sacred Temples & Ritual Spaces
Receive teachings and spiritual guidance in the heart of the sacred temples of Kumaon — Jageshwar, Patal Bhuwaneshwar, Bagnath, Kainchi Dham…
Each step becomes a practice in itself: conscious walking, silence, simple rituals, and inner integration — approached as a spiritual path rather than a touristic experience.
✨ Ashram Living & Spiritual Immersion
Stay in ashrams and sacred spaces that support meditation, silence, reflection, and the integration of yogic teachings.
Accommodation and meals are provided solely to sustain the continuity and depth of the spiritual program.
✨ The Himalayas as a Living Teaching Space
More than a landscape, the Himalayan environment becomes a true support for practice. Silence, altitude, rivers, mountains, and forests nourish introspection, awareness, and presence.
✨ Community, Reflection & Inner Work
Share satsangs, reflective circles, and guided introspection within a small group committed to spiritual growth.
The sense of community is an essential part of the learning process.
“I will carry this journey with me for the rest of my life — it helped me rebuild and rediscover myself.” – Karina

Retreat Highlights
• Immersion in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga
Stay in an ashram on the banks of the sacred Ganges, with daily practices of yoga, meditation, pranayama, and spiritual teachings. Rishikesh becomes a space for integrating your sadhana — not a touristic destination, but a living spiritual environment.
• Pilgrimage to the sacred temples of Kumaon (Jageshwar, Patal Bhuwaneshwar, Bagnath)
Approach these sites as living spaces of practice: simple rituals, silence, meditation, and guided contemplation of the subtle energy of the Himalayas. Each visit is experienced as an inner journey rather than a touristic excursion.
• Meditative walk to Tungnath, the temple of Shiva
The ascent becomes an active sadhana: conscious breathing, mantra, introspection, and spiritual guidance as we journey toward one of the highest Shiva temples in the world.
• Jageshwar: meditative immersion in the cedar forest
Practice and transmission at one of the oldest Shaivite temple complexes in the Himalayas. The natural environment and the energy of the place become supports for inner teaching, where walking, silence, and contemplation invite subtle depth rather than physical effort.
• Himalayan spiritual culture & conscious living
Encounter the local culture not as a touristic discovery, but as an immersion into a way of life rooted in devotion, simplicity, and wisdom.
Nourishing vegetarian meals, periods of silence, reflection, journaling, and daily integration of the teachings support the inner process throughout the journey.
“Thank you for this beautiful journey… I experienced far more than I ever imagined possible.” – Gwenn
