Your teachers
Prachi & Benoît
Prachi and Benoît have been living and sharing yoga as a path for over a decade.
Since 2015, they have guided practitioners through immersive retreats, meditation programs, and in-depth trainings, with over 5,000 hours of teaching.
They lead Sanskriti, a retreat center active year-round in the French Alps, welcoming participants from across Europe and around the world.
This continuous immersion allows them to transmit a yoga that is alive, tested, and deeply embodied, far beyond a purely theoretical approach.
Their approach is both complementary and grounded in experience:
Prachi, born and trained in India, brings an intimate understanding of the tradition in its cultural, philosophical, and spiritual dimensions.
Benoît, extensively trained in India, guides a practice rooted in precision, presence, and integration into daily life.
Together, they do not only teach postures.
They transmit a way of living yoga:
• with rigor
• with awareness
• with responsibility
• with depth
Trained in renowned ashrams in India and certified by Yoga Alliance, they have completed over 1,000 hours of training, with a significant focus on the art of teaching.
Their commitment is to support each student in a genuine process of transformation, where yoga becomes a living practice — integrated into the body, the mind, and everyday life.
